Explore device details
To view device details:
- Select the Devices tab in top navigation.
- Select a device from the list.
- In the right panel, the default view is the Device Details tab, that displays device details like hardware, networking, and security information.
The contents of this tab depend on the selected device OS and type, but in general, the following information is displayed in the Device section for all supported operating systems. Some exceptions apply, as indicated below.
- Name: The device name.
- Model: The device model, such as Apple iPad Mini 5 or Samsung SM-A515F.
- Processor: MS Windows devices only. The OS architecture such as x64 (64-bit) or x86 (32-bit).
- Form Factor: The device type, such as Phone or Tablet.
- Serial Number: The device serial number.
- Operating System: The name and version of the operating system on the device, such as Android 11 or iOS 14.5.1 18E21.
- Locale: The device OS language and region, such as español (Estados Unidos) or en-US.
- Time Zone: Android, iOS, and Windows devices only. The device's time zone.
- Device Storage: The amount of the free storage space on the device that is free, compared to the device's total storage space.
- Battery: The percentage of the device battery that is charged.
- Windows Hardware ID: Windows devices only. A vendor-defined identification string that Windows uses to match a device to an INF file, containing driver-related and registry details.
